Ingredients
Paalak - 2 bunch
paneer -1 cup
onions -2
Tomato -1
Green chilllies -2
Chilly powder -1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Corainder powder - 1tsp
cumin seeds -1tsp
Garlic(minced)- 1 tbs
Salt
Preparation
In a saucepan cook paalak with little water for 2 minutes, if you overcook you wont get the green colour for the dish.Blend paalak with water into fine paste in bender.
Shallow fry paneer for few minutes,flipping the sides over .
In a sucepan take some oil sputter cumin seeds,add minced garlic and saute for few seconds. Add chopped onion and saute well till the onions becomes soft. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies ,saute again for few minutes until it becomes a fine paste. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt and mix well with paste.Saute until the raw smell of powders go. Add paalak to this curry paste , add water if required. When it starts to boil add paneer .Cook covered for 2-3 minutes.
