The daily walk up and down the hill to lil A's nursery has made me lazy these days, always on look out for easy and quick meal ideas.. We generally dont buy sausage at home so this week I picked up a packet just for a change.First day I made a sausage pizza which turned out perfect, but its a shame that I coudnt take a pic to blog about it as I made it for our dinner.Next day I was thinking what to do with left over sausage.. Pasta was the first thing that came into my mind but then S came with the idea of eating just some roasted vegetables and sausage as a meal..There is nothing to blog about it but still I thought I will post it as I dont have any recipes in my drafts ..
