Ingredients
Fish - 4 pieces
Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste - 1 tbs
Lime juice - 1 tsp
Cury leaves - few
Salt
Rava/Semolina - 1/4 cup

Preparation
Marinate the fish pieces with all the ingredients except rava and keep it aside for half an hour. Coat the fish pieces in Rava/semolina. In a pan heat some oil and shallow fry the fish .

ReplyDeleteWow...Absolutely love this Crispy delicious mouth watering Rava Fish Fry..Its been so long I even saw this kinda recipe using Rava..My mom used to make it this way..I have never tried making it this way though...Brought back beautiful memories.

ReplyDeleteHow come I missed this dish!!! You know what it means to a Bong as long as fish is concerned!! I am going to try it as soon as I get some indian salmon, or Baracuda. If I dont , I will go for any other fish cant wait. Rava is the trick for fish fry, did not know. Must make this dish when SOMEONE is away , I want to keep the recipe secrete from her.
