Peppa Pig Cake

P1010732

It was lil A's best friends birthday today and I baked and decorated this peppa pig cake which is his favorite cartoon character for his party. This was my first attempt on Fondant cake and fondant figurine(peppa pig) ,I am glad that everybody liked the cake and appreciated my effort. I am pretty new in Cake decoration and lil A's birthday cake was my first attempt on cake decoration and ever since few of my friends encouraged me to take it up seriously and I thought of even attending a cake decorating course but the price of the courses were too expensive so I gave up the idea and thought of learning it myself. So here I am presenting my first fondant cake !! I made the peppa pig with fondant so it was edible and soft unlike the one which we make with Sugar paste,so kids at the party wanted a share of their favorite pig too.
