Tandoori Chicken wings

Vahreh chef has inspried me to cook many of his recipes and none of the recipes that I tried from him has let me down.This recipe is from him and this always turns out good.You can find his recipe video here.

Ingredients

Chicken wings- 500gm
Kashmiri redchilly powder - 1 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbs
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder- 3/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 2 tbs
Lime juice - 1 tbs
kasoori methi powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil - 2 tbs

Preparation

1.Marinate the chicken wings with all the ingredients and keep it atleast for 1-2 hrs or preferably overnight.
2.Place them in a preheated oven at 180 degree centrigrade for 25 - 30 minutes,turning the sides halfway through.

  7. The chicken tandoori looks delish...I also love Vah Reh chef...apart from his good recipes, he is so much fun to watch :-)
    I agree with buying fresh meat from butchers and fresh fish from fish mongers...before I used to think they are more expensive, but actually they cost more or less the same and taste way better, also you can get the cut you want etc...do you live in London?

    never tried mussels before, this looks really yummy...
